  So I heard that you can put cinnamon into your weed and smoke it, is that true?

  Why would you? If you are smoking good weed that would take away from the flavor. I have seen flavored drops that you can add to weed, maybe they come in cinnamon, I'm sure they can be found at a smoke shop.
